Minimal Skin Care Routine | 3 steps routine

Having a skin care routine is extremely important for a physical glowup. Physical glowup is not just putting on expensive clothes or wearing a thick makeup. Your skin should look good , feel good so that you can also feel good internally. Having a routine in your day will help you a lot in your overall glowup. It is self care when you spend some time on you- loving you, taking care of you.. Have some time for yourself.

10 or more steps skin care routine is a real struggle when you’re just having a start. No need to buy eye cream, sheet masks, serum or any expensive products when you’re not really sure about this. You can start with basics. I call it minimal skin care routine as it’s also budget friendly. So here’s a basic skin care routine which anybody can add into their daily life.

3 Steps Skin Care

Follow this routine before going to bed (night) and after getting up from bed (morning). You’ll see difference in your skin in two weeks.

1. Cleansing

Cleansing is most basic and most important step. All day our skin is exposed to many chemicals, pollution and dirt so cleaning it is a must. But many people just wash it with water or soap which is not enough to remove dirt from your skin. Don’t hurry, take enough time to wash your face. Cleansing with a water based face wash will remove all dirt from your skin. Wash your face with water. Take a good amount of face wash on your fingers and rub it making a foam. Apply that foam on your skin and gently massage your face for a while and then wash it off. Damp with a soft absorbable cloth.

2. Moisturizing

Maintaining balance is essential for a healthy skin. Dry and over oily skin can lead so many skin problems. Itchiness, breakouts, blemishes, etc. Moisturising your skin can help reduce these skin problems. It hydrates your skin externally. Moisturisers protects sensitive skin, sun burn, dry and itchy skin, it gives good texture reducing wrinkles. It slows down your aging process. There are do many moisturisers so choose one suitable with your skin type.

3. Sunscreen

It’s highly recommend when you’re going out of your house. Sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV rays. Sunscreen reduces risk of skin cancer, protects against sun burn, prevents premature aging, inflammation and redness caused by sun damage. Use with a minimum of SPF 30 as it blocks 97% of UVA and UVA rays. The more SPF the more protection. Do not use sunscreen at night routine.
